Any cancellation of activities on the website will be carried out in accordance with these regulations

Anyone who purchases a ticket on the website is entitled to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Israeli Customer Protection Law (1981). Following is a summary of principles of the cancellation rules, while the full and binding cancellation rules are the ones that are enumerated in the Israeli Customer Protection Law (1981), and they are the binding ones.

An individual who purchases a ticket/tickets is entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days (fourteen days) from the day of performing the transaction or from the day of receiving the document that contains the details mentioned in clause 14c(b) of Customer Protection Law, according to whichever one is later and according to what is stated in these regulations and with reference to the attached chart.

In short: Up to 14 days after the purchase of the ticket/tickets there is 10% cancellation fee or 100 ILS (the lower).

After 14 days from the purchase there will be a 50% cancellation fee:

In any case: Up to 1 week prior to the opening of the HealthIL Week there will be no refund of tickets.

Clarification: not attending the event - does not entitle any kind of refund
